A pioneer in developing technological solutions for the prepaid cellular market, he is recognized as one of the leading figures in Israel and globally for mobile services tailored to foreign workforces.

Snapir founded SYC Communication entirely through private capital, scaling it from a conceptual startup into a profitable, stable, and thriving enterprise by leveraging strategic market opportunities and organic growth.

His proven track record includes the founding and ultimate acquisition of his previous venture by Remitly (NASDAQ: RELY) — a major American global company.

Ilan brings a deep technical background in software and hardware integration, having successfully led multidisciplinary R&D teams in breakthrough startups. As a seasoned entrepreneur and CEO, he spearheaded a successful MBO, scaled a cloud-based cellular control company into international markets, and led it to a profitable exit through an acquisition by SUN Corporation (6736:TYO).
Over the past three years at SYC, he has focused on engineering a unique global connectivity product suite while driving the rapid growth of the Q Mobile brand and its overseas launch.

Gilad is an experienced senior executive with 25+ years of experience leading and scaling companies while creating sustainable operations. He has deep expertise in consumer technology, retail, distribution, and healthcare.
Gilad has a track record of increasing revenue from $150M to $200M USD in two years. His career includes CEO at Lorex Technology and COO at Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN). At SYC Group, he leads Business Development with a focus on international markets.
